Your Acceptance

You represent and warrant to PldX that: (i) you are over the age of eighteen (18) and have the power, authority or consent to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement.

By using and/or visiting this website (collectively, including all content and functionality available through the PldX.com domain name, the "PldX Website", or "Website"), you signify your agreement to:

User Submissions

PldX does not claim ownership of any materials and other information you post, upload, or submit to public areas of our website, video content and textual content. However, by submitting User Submissions to PldX, you hereby grant PldX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the PldX Website and PldX's affiliates, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the PldX Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the PldX Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize PldX to use all patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.
